Service Delivery Manager with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in ICE2 or previous contracts. Preferred candidate will have second tier managerial experience in a matrix environment with knowledge of managing geographically disparate locations. Candidate will interface with senior RSC leadership for delivery of service on a daily basis. Requires current TS/SCI clearance. Applicant is responsible for trusted advisor role to government leadership and serves as technical lead for all services within prevue. Candidate will deploy to the Middle East to support customer sites on a non-routine basis. Knowledge base shall include ITIL, process documentation, and mentoring of IT staff. The Operations Manager has 7 Site Supervisors and direct reports and approximately 180 employees under their purview.

Requires BS/BA degree.

Requires 10-12 years experience.

Candidate must be prepared for extended deployments to hazardous duty zones. 24 hour recall/mobilization for deployment. TS/SBI SCI Required.

Member will be leading a very dynamic team with dramatic depth of capabilities. The position is advertised as a Manager, Operations (WPOP50/E06), but if a candidate is found with the proper culture and work ethic, it is possible to consider skills higher or lower and adjust appropriately to the candidate.
