Description

Key Role:
Support systems engineering, analysis, test and evaluation activities, and technical management for DoD acquisition programs under the purview of the Special Operations Acquisition and Logistics, Naval Systems (SOAL-NS) and Combatant Craft Medium (CCM). Recommend methodologies and solutions for systems engineering approaches, processes, technical reviews, and strategies for the acquisition of current and existing programs. Review architecture documentation and provide systems engineering subject matter expertise to support each program throughout the system development lifecycle. Develop relevant test documents and support developmental and operational test activities on systems and platforms. Work with the program office to provide configuration and data management of programs, including the development, maintenance, and review of engineering change proposals and craft alteration proposals. Perform technical and management review of vendors and their products to ensure they meet the requirements of the program. This position is located in Tampa, FL.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with systems engineering processes and methodologies -Experience with USSOCOM acquisition programs and concepts -Experience with managing technical projects throughout the system lifecycle -Experience with requirements management and functional decomposition of performance requirements -Knowledge of systems engineering, INCOSE, ITIL or PMI methodologies -Ability to obtain a government security clearance required -BA or BS degree required   Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
